Lister Hill Baptist is in its 10th year of supporting this amazing charity & bringing joy to children’s faces around the world, plus last year it became a collection centre for this area and sent over 400 christmas shoeboxes! You can either put together a whole shoebox, or just give items (toys, hygiene items, school supplies etc) before 19th November – drop them off at Lister Hill as follows:
- Monday 13th, Wednesday 15th, Friday 17th Nov 7:00-9:00pm or
- Saturday 18th Nov 9:30am-12:00noon.
- Or why not join the Packing Party on Sat 11th Nov 10-12 noon over a cuppa and cake!
Remember, no toothpaste, sweets or lotions – for suggestions of what to include in the christmas shoeboxes and what can’t be included see HERE. No box? No problem! Lister Hill have pre-printed boxes that can be used.
For children who have never received a Christmas present, or are suffering war in places like Ukraine, these boxes bring them so much joy and let them know someone cares and loves them – why not join in this year!
