We are a friendly, Bible-based Baptist Church. We believe God’s love, shown in Jesus, is for everyone. As a family of all ages you are welcome to join us, no matter what you believe!

We want to worship God, enjoy being with each other as members of his family, and serve him in Horsforth and beyond. When we meet together we believe God wants to speak to us, and through us (we believe in the gifts of the Holy Spirit).

After 16 months of doing church online we finally return to live services in our church building on the 25th July.  It’s great to be back and worshipping together again. Its exciting times and God is moving and blessing the church. We gather to worship on Sundays at 10.30am and have communion on the 4th Sunday of each month (we use gluten free bread). There is a Sunday school (L.I.G.H.T) for children every Sunday morning. We also do church on-line and our Sunday service goes live everyweek at 10:30am on the Sunday morning, just go to www.listerhill.online.church/  

For our younger church members we have L.I.G.H.T. This is aimed specifically at children and is full of fun and teaching about Jesus.  This is live each week at church during the morning service. Visit our resource page www.lhbc.org.uk/resources for some of our previous fun.
