A Partnership event between Right at Home and Dementia Friendly Horsforth
The Living Well Showcase Thurs 23rd May 10.30am -4pm at Lister Hill Baptist
Come along and visit the Virtual Dementia Bus, browse stalls, join a Dementia Friends Information session, or enjoy the entertainment and refreshments! Right at Home says:’The event is of interest to individuals living with dementia, their CareGivers, anyone interested in learning more about dementia, and members of the public – especially older people and their families. This event is not just limited to memory loss; it’s inclusive for all and is aimed at fostering understanding and support for everyone, with information about local charities and support within the city of Leeds. There will also be opportunity to enjoy entertainment and games on the day.’

Trinity SunDay FunDay – Sun 26th May, 12 noon Mass, Funday 1 pm – 3.30pm
Our friends at Leeds Trinity are inviting everyone to join with them in celebrating Trinity Sunday on 26th May. Lots of people enjoyed this event last year!
Festivities will begin at 12:00pm in the Chapel where Mass will be celebrated by Rt Rev Marcus Stock (Bishop of Leeds), with music from the St Mary’s Catholic Primary School Choir.
Celebrations will then continue outside the main entrance from 1:00pm with a complimentary lunch and fun day for all. This should be a really enjoyable day, so please do come to some or all of the day’s activities!
The event is free of charge however booking is essential, so book your place today (bookings close on 16TH MAY). We look forward to seeing you there.
