Messy Church is a fun and creative time for families with young children (Primary age or younger) – all are very welcome at either or both of the sessions run here in Horsforth every month:
The Grove Methodist: SECOND SUNDAY of the month 4 – 5.30pm in The Grove Centre (New Street)
(except August)
St James’ Woodside C of E: THIRD SUNDAY of the month 4 – 5.30pm at the church (Low Lane)
(except April and August)
Messy Church at The Grove Methodist – 2nd Sunday of the month 4 -5.30pm
The Grove says:
‘We enjoy welcoming young children with their parents/carers to a time of fun, laughter, craft and food.
Each session has a Christian theme. We always enjoy craft activities, songs and games together with a Bible story. The afternoon concludes by relaxing over a homemade tea.
There are no entrance fees but donations are welcome’.
